An interview with our chef Libor Halousek
His "masterpiece" is pasta in various ways. But you will enjoy a long line of other dishes from him. His favorite food is roast duck. And you should probably come to the Bohém restaurant not only for her. Chef Libor Halousek learned not only in his mother's excellent kitchen, but also from Roman Paulus, who as the chef of Alcron won a Michelin star several times - a culinary Oscar.
My name is Libor Halousek and I am a native of Litomyšl.
The beginnings of my cooking career date back to the 90s, when I started working in Prague. My view of top gastronomy was subsequently influenced by the collaboration with Roman Paulus. For several years I also worked as a Chef de Partie at the Prague Hilton Hotel.
